This research is to identify determine of the householdsʼ behavioral intentions to green low carbon

transportation commuting based on NAM and TPB model. The sample size of 517 respondents

was randomly accessed and the structured questionnaire was established. The results were as

follows. First, intention to green low carbon transportation commuting by the respondents can be

predicted by environmental attitude and subjective norm. Second, the effect of the awareness of

traffic pollution and personal norms on intention to green low carbon transportation commuting

use. Third, the awareness of traffic pollution has largest effect on personal norms toward green

low carbon transportation use among Chinese consumers. The fourth, the awareness of traffic

pollution signification and positively impact on attitude and subjective norm for green low carbon

transportation. Lastly, awareness of traffic pollution can promote the residentʼs perceived behavior
